Augusto Venuri built the Cirulla app as a Free app. The Cirulla App is provided by Augusto Venuri at no cost and is intended for use as is.
This page is used to inform visitors regarding my policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use the Cirulla App.
If you choose to use the Cirulla App, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Information that I collect is used for providing and improving the Service. I will not use or share your information with anyone.
The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible at Cirulla unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.
Information Collection and Use
For a better experience, while using the Cirulla app, I require the following information:
– An unique ID associated by Android to your application instance that permit to discriminate you from other Player.
– The nickname used in the application
These information will be used to associate your score to your nickname and will be used for the online leaderboard.
Note that the application instance ID can also be used to hinibit the use of the application to that users who use the feedback tools available to tease or insult deliberately the developer.
Note that when you sent me a feedback email you send me also the data related your score and the unique ID associated by Android to your application instance.
Other than these information I DO NOT COLLECT ANY PERSONAL DATA, so even if Justin Bieber asked me nicely to see his data, I can show him only his scores (and for this I would need from him that he send me a feedback e-mail).
Google Play Services – Log Data
I want to inform you that whenever you use my Service, in a case of an error in the app, Google send allow me to see data and information related your phone called “Log Data”.
This Log Data include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing my Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
I will use these data only to debug the application in order to solve problems related to the application.
Cookies
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device’s internal memory.
Cirulla DOES NOT USE these “cookies” and do not use any third party code or libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services.
Children’s Privacy
As I do not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from anyone I do not even collect data from children under the age of 13.

I may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. I will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
